Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original order date. Products must be sent back to us in new and unused condition. Refunds will be processed 3-10 business days on our receipt of your purchase and refunded to the original form of payment. If you are unable to return the product with your order number and we are unable to verify the original purchase price of the product, your refund will be in the form of a credit equal to the list price at which the product was sold. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to send the item(s) back. Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Returns are also subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Shipping service is provided by FedEx, and services available for most items are Ground, 3-day select*, 2-day air*, and Next Day Air*. To calculate shipping costs for the desired service, add the items to your cart and enter your address to calculate costs. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent out via FedEx Ground. *Please note that deliveries are made only through FedEx and are made only Monday-Friday. All of our products ship from Dania, Florida, USA.

Expedited Shipping Requests
AllegoryInk.com offers expedited shipping services. Expedited orders must be placed before 2pm EST Monday-Friday to be shipped the same day. All expedited orders placed after 2pm EST will be shipped the following business day.
AllegoryInk.com only ships to addresses within the United States. For international orders, please choose a local distributor.
Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. The only exception to this is for products that are backordered. A backorder maybe be cancelled anytime prior to shipping.
