Returns

Please reach out to us via email at info@allegoryink.com or call 754-260-5841 with your order number and the products you'd like to return.

Note: Allegory Ink does not accept any returns on ink.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original order date. Products must be in new and unused condition. Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days upon receipt and returned to the original payment method.

If your order number can’t be provided or verified, we will issue store credit based on the list price of the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping is handled by FedEx. Available services include Ground, 3-Day Select*, 2-Day Air*, and Next Day Air*.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders qualifying for free shipping are sent via FedEx Ground.

*Deliveries are Monday–Friday only. All products ship from Dania, Florida, USA.

Processing Times

Orders placed through AllegoryInk.com are typically processed within 2 business days. Most ship the next business day.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited orders placed before 2 PM EST (Mon–Fri) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will ship the next business day.

International Shipments

We only ship to U.S. addresses. For international orders, please shop via your local distributor.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once submitted due to our fast fulfillment process. Exceptions apply only to backordered items, which may be canceled before shipping.

Refused Shipments

Customers are responsible for charges related to missed delivery, re-delivery, or refusal of packages.

Address Correction

Please double-check your billing and shipping information before completing your order. Any charges incurred due to address corrections or package interception are the customer’s responsibility.
